Balance Training
Aims to reduce your risk of falling and prepares you to safely perform activities without losing your balance

Pain Management
Focuses on treating muscle injuries, pain, and stiffness that limit your activities of daily living

Flexibility Training
Targets shortened muscles that might be limiting your abilities or increasing your pain

Gait Training
Involves teaching your muscles how to properly walk again. This might involve training with an assitive device like a walker or crutches

Assists you to have better control of your body and have a better posture while moving around
